Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) now has
COVID-19 vaccines for ages 6 months and older!
NNMC will provide the
following vaccines based on
current CDC recommendations:
Vaccines and boosters are
also available at the
NNMC Drive Up Vaccine Trailer
• Primary COVID-19 vaccines
• First COVID-19 booster shots
• Second COVID-19 booster shots
• Monday to Friday (closed on
July 4)
• 8:30AM to 3:30PM
IMPORTANT
Children must be with a parent or legal guardian.
Bring your COVID-19 vaccination card or printed
immunization record if you are requesting a 2nd
or booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
Immunization records can be
requested from Medical Records
at NNMC or downloaded from
your Personal Health Record
online at https://phr.ihs.gov/
