Sawmill Chapter has started distributing 1st Batch of Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) Applications, Monday, May 09, 2022 and Closing date is Friday, May 20, 2022. Starting Date: June 06, 2022.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS INCLUDE:

1. SYEP Employment Application-Completed with all required signature

2. Social Security CArd

3. Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB)

4. Identification Card or School ID

5. High School School Verification/Diploma

6. Students Birth Certificate

7. Letter of Interest

8. Parental Consent

9. Worksite Agreement
