COVID-19 VACCINATION EVENT ON TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2022 FROM 9:00 AM TO 2:00 PM
COVID-19 1st, 2nd, 3rd doses and booster available. Please bring your COVID-19 vaccine Card.
*Youth, under 18 years old, must be with parent or guardian*
The following groups are eligible to receive the COVID-19 2nd booster if it’s been at least 4 months from 1st boosters:
* Patients 50 years of age & older may get a Pfizer or Moderna booster dose.
* Patients 18 years of age & older who are immuncompromised may get a Pfizer or Moderna booster.
* Patients 12 – 17 years of age who are immuncompromised may get a Pfizer booster dose.
