COVID-19 Vaccination Event

COVID-19 1st, 2nd, 3rd doses and booster available.
Please bring your COVID-19 vaccine card.
*Youth, under 18, must be with a parent or guardian*
The following groups are eligible to receive the Covid-19 2nd booster if its at lease 4 months from 1st boosters:
* Patients 50 years of age & older may get Pfizer or Moderna booster dose.
* Patients 18 years of age & older who are immunocompromised may get a Pfizer or Moderna booster.
* Patients 12-17 years of age who are immunocompromised may get a Pfizer booster dose.
