DESCRIPTION:Gallup Indian Medical Center will have a curbside vaccine clinic Wednesday\, April 13\, 2022 from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM \nThe following groups are eligible to receive the COVID-19 2nd booster shots \n\nPatients 50 years of age and older may get a Pfizer of Moderna booster dose.\nPatients 18 years of age and older who are immunocompromised may get a Pfizer or Moderna booster dose.\nPatients 12 years of age to 17 years of age who are immunocompromised may get a Pfizer booster dose.\nAll eligible patients will need to have received their first booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 4 months ago. Bring your COVID-19 vaccine card.\nYouth under the age of 18 years old must be with a parent or legal guardian.\n\nFor more information call the COVID-19 Hotline at 505-726-5888
