FROM THE DESK OF GSU PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER, SHARON BROKESHOULDER:
- Twin Lakes Chapter, on Thursday, July 7, 2022, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Red Rock Chapter, on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Churchrock Chapter, on Thursday, July 14, 2022, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Manuelito Chapter, on Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- The following vaccines will be offered at the events:
- Pfizer 1st, 2nd, & Booster (3rd shot) does for ages 5+
- Pfizer 2nd Booster does (4th shot) 4 months after 1st booster (3rd shot) for ages 50+ and those 12-49 who are immunocompromised
- Moderna 1st, 2nd, and Booster (3rd shot) doses available for ages 18+
- Moderna 2nd Booster doses (4th shot) 4 months after 1st booster (3rd shot) for ages 50+ and those 18-49 who are immunocompromised
- If you received a Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine, you are eligible for a booster does of Pfizer or Moderna 2 months after your first shot
- All eligible patients will need to have received their first booster dose (3rd shot) of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 4 months ago.
- Please bring your COVID-19 vaccine card *Indian Health Service Beneficiaries Only* *Youth, under 18 years, must be with a parent or guardian*
