Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. (FDIHB) continues to provide COVID-19 vaccinations. At Tséhootsooí Medical Center a COVID-19 Vaccine and Testing Drive-up Clinic has been established and is available for individuals seeking to get their first and second dose of available Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.
Operating Hours:
- 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. – 7 p.m. | Monday – Friday
- 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. | Saturday
- CLOSED | Sunday
Located in the southeast parking lot of the Tséhootsooí Medical Center in Fort Defiance, Arizona.
COVID-19 Vaccine Details: 1st and 2nd vaccine doses are available and individuals receiving their 2nd dose are required to provide their Vaccination Record Card to the attending vaccination team.
COVID-19 Testing Details: Individuals who receive a COVID-19 test will be required to isolate until
results are communicated by TMC Public Health Nursing.
