COVID-19 1st, 2nd, 3rd does and booster available
The following groups are eligible to receive the COVID-19 2nd booster if its been at least 4 months from 1st booster:
- Patients 50 years of age & older may get Pfizer or Moderna booster dose
- Patients 18 years of age & older who are immunocompromised may get a Pfizer or Moderna booster.
- Patients 12-17 years of age who are immunocompromised may get a Pfizer booster dose.
Please bring your COVID-19 vaccine card
