Church Rock Chapter – Housing Discretionary

We are accepting applications for Housing Discretionary at this time for 10 individuals of Church Rock community.

Applications can be picked up at the chapter Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

All supporting documents must be turned in with application to be considered.
