Twin Lakes (Bahastl’ah) Chapter is hosting a Covid-19 Vaccination on July 7, 2022 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Vaccination and Booster’s will be for 5 years old and up to 18 years old.
Pfizer will be giving. 18 years old on up will be given the Morderna, if this is your first time getting vaccinated please bring your documents, if you are getting your booster please bring vaccination card.
