CLOSING DATE: Friday, July 8, 2022 at 4:45 pm

* COMPLETED APPLICATIONS WITH REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE OR BY FRIDAY, JULY 08, 2022 AT 4:45 pm.

• Summer Youth Application
• Certification Card/School ID or Driver’s License
• Social Security Card (SS)
• Voter’s registration (under 18 yr. old parent(s) registration)
• Enrollment Verification
• Covid-19 vaccination card (optional or can be tested on site)
• Letter of Interest
